Double
Tape Sheets 15" x 15" - our unique product eliminates the need for
spray adhesive. Shown here on a press loaded with lint. Peel off one sheet of paper and apply to the platen.
Remove the other sheet of paper. Print. When lint builds up,
spray with water, rub the platen with your bare hand, and the lint rolls up
into little balls you can dust off with a rag. Now you are ready to
print again. Our customers report printing 1400 and more shirts per
sheet. The cardboard on the neck of the platen keeps super tight
screens parallel to the platen during printing.
$3.25/sheet No minimum order when ordered with other products.
If ordered alone, the minimum order is 10 sheets. Works great when
flash curing. Not recommended for sweatshirts and towels. |

there is only one piece of paper to remove, and the cost is 50% of the sheet
price. This is the way to buy for larger shops.

SweatSheet
- our unique product for sweat shirts and towels. This is a thin
aluminum sheet you lay on top of Double Tape. On the top side is a
coating with a grain. You slide the sweat shirt on the platen in the
direction of the grain which is marked until the garment is where you want
it. Then pull the garment against the grain, and it locks in position.
Print. Pull garment in direction of grain to unlock, and remove
garment. When lint builds up, brush off with a lint brush.
Again, no nasty adhesive sprays to inhale or make a mess. Buy a
SweatSheet, and never spend money again holding a sweat shirt in place.
