	Cap Front - Our patented design...includes the bill support so images are parallel to the bill of the cap.  No other company can offer this advantage.  Designed for printing unstructured, unconstructed, half moon stay, foam front ("trucker"), and painter cap caps.  Print both 5 and 6 panel caps.  Distortion free - only we offer this advantage. $350
	Cap Printing with Floor Model Press -  Shown are the C-312 cap attachment and Screen Holder.  One Screen Holder required per color, but only one cap attachment is required.  C-312 cap attachment is $350.  Fits on many makes of presses.  Screen Holder is $75.  These are both shown below as Cap Front and Screen Holder to show what they look like when installed.
	Cap Front and Screen Holder - Shown on a Jennings floor model press, but attachment is adjustable to fit on most presses made by competitors.  Notice the Screen Holder goes in the channel clamp like a T shirt frame, and the cap frame goes in the Screen Holder..  Removable Curvature shown partially removed, but you print with the Curvature either fully engaged, or removed.
	Squeegee Sharpener - Make your own..  Flat board with 200 grit sand paper rough side up.  Stand squeegee straight up on sand paper, and support from both sides with wood, metal or plastic.  Delrin is shown in photo.  Now you have a track you can draw the squeegee down to polish the edges.....and you spent no money !  We will show you how not to spend money.  FREE
	Cap Back -  Another attachment offered by R Jennings but not other companies.  Customers want images over the back seam of a cap.  Adjust to different seam thicknesses with masking tape.  Shown mounted on a table top press, but available for floor model presses made by R Jennings Mfg. and most other companies.  Look carefully, and you can see the area for the seam has been milled out.  Simple, and works great!  $125
	Cap Side - Print on the sides of caps.  Add to the value of your caps.  The cap is a walking bill board with images all the way around the cap.  The mounting shown here is on a table top press, but this attachment can be on almost any press.  Only from R Jennings Mfg. ! $50
	6-Panel - Print those 6 panels.  Adjust to seam thickness with masking tape.  This product is for the pro cap printing shop that sets up and prints fast.   Shown without Removable Curvature that comes with attachment.  Mountings available for any R Jennings press, and many presses made by other companies.  $400
	Removable Curvatures -  Available in 3 sizes for different cap sizes.  Large and Standard are shown, but there is a Monster.  Standard for low profile caps with 3" tall fronts.  Large is for 3 1/2" fronts.  Monster for wider fronts that are at least 3 1/2" high.  Remove the curvature for very short caps and painter cap fronts.  Std and Lg are $35, and Monster is $50.
	Baby - Same as shown below, this platen is designed for printing Gerber and other brands of clothes for new born children.  Send us what you want to print, and we will make the platen size to match.  $100
	Baby - Shown on a R Jennings 6-Color press which is mounted on a quick release mounting.  $100
	Elbow - Goes on all R Jennings table top presses, except C-211 so that other attachments can be added.  $75
	Glove - Available with or without fingers.  Send in a glove, and we will make the platen to fit.  $75
	Jacket Hold Down - Available as 14"x14" for coaches jackets with expandable waists, or 17"x17" car coat style jackets.  This is the best Jacket Hold Down in the industry, because it is the only one that tensions the jacket evenly from all 4 sides.  If you have a hold down from another company, you will be trying to adjust the tension by hand on each side, and the images can be distorted and uneven.   Shown on a Jennings 6-Color press.  Notice two handles clamp more securely than one by other companies, and handles straddle the platen arm under the platen so the platen can be moved in and out.     14" = $445   17" = $495
	Jacket Hold Down - Shown on a table top press.  The angle of the hold down in the up position can be adjusted to avoid interference with the screen.  The hold down is made from steel to be rigid when tensioning the jacket shell.  The is the best jacket hold down available in the industry.  14"x14" $445 for jackets with elastic waist.  17"x17" $495 for raincoats and car coats.
	Painter Cap Top - Printing on top of a painter cap is easy and fast.  Offer options to your customers you competitors can't.  Painter caps are great for parties and promotions.  A large walking billboard to make a statement.  $50
	Pocket - Shown on table top press.  Great also for short sleeves and tote bags, plus printing behind necks of shirts.  Shown with bolts removed just above where attachment slips on stem of press.  $75
	Pocket on Jennings 6-Color - Shown mounted on a Quick Release platen arm.  Slide on platen arm and lock in place with only one handle.   Height adjustable.  Another product offered only by                R Jennings Mfg to help you increase revenue printing images your competitors cannot.  You will get the shirt order when you can print pockets, necks, and short sleeves when competitors can only offer images on the front and back of shirts.  $75
	Pocket for Non-Jennings Presses - Prints like other Pocket attachments shown here.  Printing height adjustable with bolts from the back side of the attachment.  A real value at $75.
	Wrist Pak - Like a pocket attachment, but narror to conform to the print area of a wrist pak or wallet.  $35 when you already have a Jennings pocket attachment, and $75 when you don't.
	Leg - Standard sizes are 4" x 30 $140 and 7.25" x 32" $150, but special sizes can be made to order.  The 4x30 here is shown on a bench model T-265, but the attachment goes on any Jennings press and many made by other companies.
	Leg Platens - Our standard sizes are 4" x 30" $140 and 7.25" x 32" $150, but you can order any size.  We make the platens with slick edges to make sliding garments on and off easily.  You select the mounting depending on the type of press you have.  No other company offers you so many choices to best fit your business.
	Platens -  Necks make loading shirts straight with images on center and at same distance from the neck a lot easier.  Platens with necks are premium platens not offered by most companies.  Edges are smooth and slick so shirts slide on easily and fast.  Made from malomine to make rotation on multi-platen presses easier and faster.  Heavier aluminum platens for people who leave shirts under flash dryers too long are available at additional cost.  Platens shown: Youth 10"x12" $80; Small 14"x15" $85; Standard 15"x18" $100; Large 16"x17" $105; XL 17"x19" $115
	Custom Platens - Made to  your specifications.  A few samples are shown.   Slick sides for easy loading.  Priced based on size and amount of work involved.
	Installing Attachments - Photo shows installing a 3" x 18" single sleeve attachment on a table top press.  Push the attachment down on the stem, and then tighten 4 bolts, one on each side.  Simple.  Increase your revenue potential with many kinds of prints from different attachments.
	Single Sleeve - 3" x 18"  shown on a T-265 press.  Price of attachment $125.  4 bolts used to bolt attachment to press are shown.  4" x 18" $130.  5"x18" $135.
	Butt Platen - print across the back of shorts and pants....a fashionable item for teen girls.  Shown here mounted on a T-265, but the attachment can be produced for most any model press. Price $100
	Quick Print - speeds job set up and improves quality of printing for caps.  Register screens on contact on Quick Print, and then remove to print off-contact.  If the screen touched the Quick Print at all 4 corners while the color arm rested on the off-contact bolt, the screen will be absolutely parallel and off-contact to the cap for a uniform ink deposit. $35
