Mesh - White mesh in stock:
60, 86, 110, 160, 180. Dyed mesh: 180, 230, 305, 355. Dyed costs
more than white. White mesh refracts light during the screen exposure
process whereas dyed mesh absorbs light. Dyed mesh is better for half
tones, thin lines and fine details. Such details might not wash out with
white mesh due to exposure from refracted light. Priced by the yard x
52" wide, we actually sell by the piece to save you money. A typical
21" x 23" frame requires 1/3 of a yard. If you order one yard, your
yield will be 2 pieces and waste 1' x 52". So measure the O.D. of the
frames you want to cover, and tell us the number of pieces you want to avoid
wasting money. *Ea. piece is 24"x26" for frame 21"x23" O.D., e.g.

Squeegees - Wood handle 14" long with 70 durometer blade shown for most printing. $32. Cap squeegee is 4" with aluminum handle and triple durometer blade 75-95-75 $32. Aluminum 14" with triple durometer for printing white inks on dark garments. $64. Notice bolts are near ends of handles to provide support to the blade. Aluminum is better than wood, because bolts go through the handle and not the blade. With aluminum, pressure is constant the length of the blade compared to pressure points on wood where bolts go through the blade causing the blade to warp over time. The warp can be avoided by using the free Squeegee Sharpener shown in Attachments before each print job. We will custom cut to any length desired and sell by the inch. For chest prints we recommend a 6" aluminum handle for a far superior printing experience than with wood. $38 |
