the most accurate. R Jennings provides the plans for a
Screen Registration Guide which
you make yourself. So it is FREE.
2. Save screens on the shelf with ink in the
screen to print another day.
Register with ink in the image
without having to match that image to a positive.
3. Use both ends of stretch and glue frames for
different jobs.
Holes will be drilled in opposite
ends of screen so the screen can be registered from
either end. Now images can be
saved on half as many screens.
4. Setting up jobs no longer requires skill.
Put the screen on the pins.
Clamp. Done. This eliminates the most difficult job of the
person on the press.
5. Eliminate pre-print inventory, and expand the
colors, sizes, styles you offer.
Print to order by saving screens
with images. Now you can be profitable with orders
for only one garment. Eliminate
space requirements and cost for printed image storage
and waste that occurs from finished
goods becoming soiled. Just store blanks.
